It fits on the Touch very well. There are only two things I don't like--the inner edges of the case hang over on the screen just a fraction too much (sometimes it's difficult to touch the edge of the screen if I need to because the case gets in the way a little bit) and the snap on the back of the case prevents the Touch from lying completely flat. Otherwise, I love the color (it's very hard to find accessories in that color--I searched for a long time to find a cell phone case that had lavender on it) and it works very well at protecting my Touch from scratches, the cutouts for the top button and the sensor are perfectly placed, and I don't have to remove the iPod from the case when charging (just unsnap the little tab that covers the connector.
