the case is too baggy but it’s my fault! I just realized I have a 2g which is thinner than the 1g. (my ipod was a hand me down so I didn’t know!) this case might be fine if you use it only with the 1g.
two good things: the color is very pretty, a very pale turquoise, and I was able to apply the screen protector with only one teeny bubble.
there are two slits on the back to slide a strap through. I think the material is too stretchy to be held up that way, I’d be afraid the ipod would just sag. now those big holes will just let dirt in.
fyi: the hole at the top on the front is for the light sensor. you want that to be there.

It protects my iPod Touch, and it won’t make the iPod looks too thick (compared with some hard case ones). The color looks a bit lighter than the one in the picture.
It comes with a LCD screen protector. I didn’t know that and purchased another 3 on-line…..
