People, people, I have read the reviews before and after buying and I cant believe how dumb people are. If the ipod is inserted through the bottom why not put a piece of sticky velcro on the back of the ipod and the other piece of sticky velcro on the case and trust me it wont fall out. PROBLEM SOLVED!
I am very satisfied with my buy and as soon as I got it I did the velcro thing and its as good as if the ipod were inserted from the side.

This is the cutest iTouch case I have seen. However, the design is a bit flawed. I was looking for a folio case that opened from the side, but I do not understand why they have the iTouch inserted from the bottom instead of inside where it would be contained by the fold of the cover. It is very easy to slide the iPod out from the bottom without every opening the folio. This one change and I would have given the case 4 stars and been very happy with it.

I really love how beautiful and urban this little iPod touch case is, but it has a major design flaw. The iPod is slipped into the case from the bottom instead of from the inside. I am constantly in fear that the iPod will slip out the bottom of the case because it is wide open and there is nothing that actually holds the iPod in. I am going to try to add some ribbon or fabric to make sure that my iPod stays put. I think that knowing that it is completely open on one side would have kept me from buying it.
