I bought this for my iPod Touch, thinking it would be a solid case for a $400 product. Turns out, this is no more than very cheap feeling plastic and a pathetic excuse for a case. Feels like the case would break if I dropped it once, so I don’t think it will hold up. I’m returning this ASAP and getting a leather case and/or Holster. I would consider getting another DLO product if it’s not as cheap as this one.

We could not get the product to fit the Ipod Touch. Would not recommend buying it. Also based on documents that came with product when it was shipped there were no instructions regarding how to return the product.

I purchased this because of the unique built-in stand which unfolds from the back of the case and went off on a trip with it. The fold-out stand helps it stand up on your airline tray table, and is useful whether you are reading an e-book or viewing a video, since it may be used verticlly or horizontally (respectively). The problem is that the plastic is so slippery the ipod starts to slide off the tray with any tilting of the plane and so I had to keep my hands loosely around the case. This could probably be solved by adding 2 little plastic or rubber “feet” to the part of the stand contacting the tray, but I had not thought to bring such things on the plane.
In addition, one needs a small coin or screwdriver to open the case and then (at least in my case) fiddle with it until it pops open, all the while hoping the ipod will not squirt out. The amount of time this takes is highly variable. If I want to be able to quickly take my ipod Touch in and out of its case for plugging into an external charging and speaker stand, I keep it in my Speck Armorskin case.

Nice product easy to put on and get off as long as you have a dime handy for the open slot.
My biggest issue is a hairline crack to the left of the start button and the little button in the top left (what is that for anyway?). I returned the fist one only to see the same problem on the only one they hd left in the store. I went to another store (not best buy) where they had 5 others with the problem.
I did fined the non slip version without the problem and am giving it a try…..

This case is awful. The plastic clips that hold the two halves together do not have sufficient tension; the case comes apart at the slightest bump. I’m not talking about protection from dropping it; if you shift your iPod in your hand, for example, the case will come apart.
The case also does not have sufficient space at the bottom to connect a set of headphones other than the standard iPod ones — I have a set of Shure e2c’s that won’t fully connect because there is insufficient clearance to accomodate the plastic around the headphone connector itself — plugging in headphones also results in the case popping open.
Wish I had kept the packaging — if I did I would return it.
