I just got this baby in the mail today, and I just love how it protects my ipod touch, and has all the buttons accessible, well almost all, the only one left out are the volume buttons, but none the less that can be handled trough the screen, but since i only use my ipod touch for work this case is great, I own a MAIL BOXES ETC, and have to be picking up packages all the time, so I need to have the price list of all the delivery companies we work with, and I need to protect my Ipod since it contains all the information I need to work and give a better service, no i can have my ipod in my back pocket with out being worried that it might break.
This is one though case that I highly recommend.

I work in a hospital and am constantly referencing medical applications on my iPod Touch, but I’m also bending around patients and equipment, etc. So I wanted it really accessible but I wanted to make sure I didn’t accidentally drop it.
I tried another brand first (Macally) that had a lanyard, but the loop that attached the lanyard to the case broke just “test wearing” it around the house. So I tried this one. It’s been perfect. I loop the lanyard through my belt loop and slip my Touch in my back pocket. (Kinda like those old-fashioned watches men kept in their trouser pockets, with the chain.) If the Touch falls out (which happens a lot in my line of work), I’m covered.
Good:
1. Lanyard connection is durable. Instead of attaching the lanyard to a (breakable) loop which is then attached to the case, there are two little half-circle cutouts in the metal on the back of the case. You loop the lanyard through one cutout and out the other, so the lanyard is hanging onto the sturdy metal between the cutouts, and “that ain’t goin’ anywhere”.
2. Case snaps tight, Touch isn’t going anywhere.
What I would change:
1. The lanyard cord itself. The main part of the lanyard is coated and looks like it won’t ever break, but the bit of the cord that you attach to the actual case is starting to rub and wear. Fortunately cords are cheap; hopefully I can find something with a metal cable in it so I don’t need to inspect it ever again. 2. My Touch is a teensy bit loose in the case–it slides up and down about 2 mm, not sideways at all. No effect on functionality.
3. You definitely need to buy one of those $1 or $2 screen protectors. Because of the case edges around the screen, I get a lot more lint on my screen now than I did before I used a case. And that causes scratches.
4. I have biggish fingers for a woman, and only rarely have trouble typing at the edges of the screen. Would be nice if the edges of the case were back another couple of millimeters though.
